SMHA is pleased to announce that the parking lot project at Kimberlee Gardens, a 31 unit development located at 904 34th St. NW in Canton, which began on 9-2-15 and was completed on 12-30-15 was approved by the City of Canton Building Inspection Department.
The entire parking lot was replaced with new asphalt, striped, and concrete wheel stops and signs were installed. New concrete was installed around the whole building and in the courtyard area. New yard catch basins, French drains, and aluminum railing was installed around the new parking lot.
Other improvements include: installation of six foot vinyl fencing, new store front doors with auto opener and key scan capability, landscaping, new VET tile, cove base, and painting was done in main entrance, chain link fence was installed around the new dumpster pad, and new concrete ramps were installed.
