Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority’s (SMHA’s) Procurement team seeks to provide fair and equal contracting opportunities while ensuring quality housing for SMHA residents. We contract for physical improvements such as new roofs, siding, garage doors, windows, new kitchens and bathrooms, electrical upgrades, HVAC upgrades (including installation of high-efficiency furnaces), flooring, lawn and landscaping, security upgrades, and upgrades to meet handicap accessibility requirements and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS).
