Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority’s (SMHA’s) Procurement team seeks to provide fair and equal contracting opportunities while ensuring quality housing for SMHA residents. We contract for physical improvements such as new roofs, siding, garage doors, windows, new kitchens and bathrooms, electrical upgrades, HVAC upgrades (including installation of high-efficiency furnaces), flooring, lawn and landscaping, security upgrades, and upgrades to meet handicap accessibility requirements and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS).

Procurement Department personnel are available to answer general questions about the procurement process but are prohibited from answering specific questions about active or upcoming solicitations.  All questions regarding any active solicitation must be submitted on the eProcurement website by the specified deadline  (See “Current Business Opportunities” page for additional information).  All questions received will be answered in the form of an addendum and will be posted on the eProcurement website.
