August 25th flier

You are cordially invited to a SE Canton Resident meeting to introduce the Canton Invest Health initiative.  The purpose of the gathering is to share a process for improving the health outcomes of individuals and families residing in the southeast quadrant of Canton and encourage open conversation with those that have a direct interest in this area of the community. Invest Health is a national program funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the nation’s largest and premier funder of health. The initiative takes a targeted aim at improving the health factors that impact low income and at-risk neighborhoods. The Canton Invest Health team hopes to encourage and facilitate change within the southeast quadrant, working in partnerships with all community stakeholders

[residents, businesses, social service organizations, schools, religious institutions, and government representatives] to measurably impact health disparities.

Join us Thursday, August 25, 2016: 6:00 pm – refreshments and  6:30 pm – discussion at the Edward Peel Coleman Community Center located at 1400 Sherrick Road, SE.
