The Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority’s 2027 Annual Plan, the 2027–2031 Capital Action Plan, and proposed revisions to the Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan will be available for public review from October 1, 2026 through November 15, 2026 at the following locations:
