This program assists chronically homeless veterans to obtaining decent, safe, and affordable housing.

Are you a Family Unification Program (FUP) participant?
This program assists youth who are at least 18 years old and not more than 21 years old who left foster care at age 16 or older and who lack adequate housing or families that are in eminent danger of separation due to lack of quality affordable housing.

Are you a Moderate Rehabilitation (MOD) participant?
The moderate rehabilitation program provides project-based rental assistance for low income families. Assistance is limited to properties previously rehabilitated pursuant to a housing assistance payments (HAP) contract between an owner and a Public Housing Agency (PHA).
