An application shall be considered active for one year from the date of
application or from the most recent annual update of application. You will also
be instructed to report any changes in income, family composition, or address
and to renew their applications on a regular basis. Once each year, applicants
will be sent a renewal letter to update their application. If the renewal
letter is not returned, the applicant's name will be withdrawn from the waiting
list and given an "inactive status".

A - The processing period for a new application is currently three to five
months. You will be notified when a unit is available.

Q - How do I know that my application has been approved?
A - All applicants are placed on the waiting list and only notified
if they are ineligible for housing assistance.
Q - Why is my waiting list number going up or down?
A - Your waiting list number may fluctuate up or down at any given time. This
is due to applicants continually being placed on and off of the waiting list.
