ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for assistance, applicants must meet the definition of a single
person or family as defined by Federal law. Eligibility
determination is based on anticipated income from assets and annual income for
a 12 month period. The head of household must be at least 18 years of age or
older.
The total family income of these persons or groups of persons must not exceed
the following income limits. The definition of income is determined by Federal
law.
